LOG ON CREDENTIALS

It is important that each member of your staff who wants to use the Sign-Haus.uk Online Document Signature Solution has their own log-on. This is to ensure that Agreements can be allocated to an individual from a legal perspective, and, if they leave your employment they can be taken off the system and your documents remain private.


If you need to add anyone please just send us their Name, Email and Job Title, and a Branch if there is a specific one to info@sign-haus.uk



SIGNATORY PRESENT OR SIGNATORY ABSENT

Make sure that you select the right status for the system. Signatory present allows capture of a signature on an iPad. Signatory Absent is when you are sending an Agreement by email.



CUSTOMERS EMAIL ADDRESSES

Outbound emails from the Agent are sent to to the email address you input. This is also the address that the end user Signatory will need to enter to sign the Agreement. They need to be identical and the system is case sensitive, so ideally keep them all lowercase.



MULTIPLE SIGNATORIES TO HAVE UNIQUE EMAIL ADDRESSES

It is important that each Agreement Signatory is uniquily identified, not only by their name but by a unique email address. This is to ensure that Agreements can be allocated to an individual from a legal perspective.



CUSTOMERS NOT RECEIVING EMAILS

If an end user claims not to have received your email, check the email address that used, especially for case sensitive characters and dots between names. If they still claim not to have received it ask them to check their spam folder. End users set their spam filters according to their own tastes and it is something over which you and I as senders have no control.


Additionally, to reassure yourself that the system is working you can create a new blank Agreement and send it to yourself. If you are concerned, do please call on 01908 699840 and we will help you.

CUSTOMERS SIGNING AGREEMENTS

End users need to enter their email address exactly as you typed it in, so be careful with case sensitivity, and dots between names. Additionally, they need to enter the leading zeros on the Agreement number. This is noted on the web page
